gear mesh

how do you set the gear mesh between the diff and the motor when there is that peice of metel on the top holding the diff and motor mount together

Remove the triangle, adjust your mesh then reattach the support. You will notice the support has an oval hole on the one end with only one bolt hole.

after you remove the triangle you will want to use typing paper folded in half between the gears.....Loosen the engine mount bolts..put the paper between the gears and pull back together...try to keep it stright..now tighten the engine mount bolts...
when tite remove the paper..put the bracket back on..your gear mesh is set....
check you engine bolts a couple times after you run the engine..make sure the tite...
