Gear pulling

how do i sepperate the gear from my clutch bell shaft and the other gears as well i tried pulling but it doesn't seem to give and yes i removed the nut

i got it i just had to apply pressure and tap the nut like a flywheel puller

what is that square with the two set screws in it called i need a new one

i noticed that there is a little bit of play between my gears and my squares is that normal?

No the squares should be tight on the shafts!!!! and the gears should be tight on the squares if the gears is not turning freely or you fell some binding its ok to back off of the screw a lil for the gears to move freely.

can anyone tell me what configuration of the dune runner gears are as i have just purchased steel ones but these are for the blackout on the chart it says A - 25 B - 35 C-25 D-25 from http://www.freeprawnracing.co.uk/blackbone-steel-gears-blackout-and-rampage-full-set-2-pairs-bbsg-mbo-set.html

i have thrown the old plastic ones as there wasn`t much left of them, i have shed loads of acceleration but the top end has gone? any sugestions

I'm running A 29 B31 C26 D24 on my blackout it's crazy fast. You need to play with the gears to get a good setup for your car.
