Ok folks, I need to calculate what kinda gearing we need on the 2 speed setup. I'm aiming for the following 1st and 2nd speed:


XT 1st 29/31


XT 2nd 33/27


XB 1st 31/29


XB 2nd 35/25


Let me know what you think. Also if you have any suggestions on gearing please post what motor, pipe, and tires you are running.
 
We're going to keep the 1st and 2nd speed gears static in that they don't change and will always be in a 4 tooth difference configuration. The C/D gears will change. After we recoup our initial investment we are going to make option gears for the 1st and 2nd speed. In the meantime you will have the option to change C/D gears to raise or lower both speeds.
