my gears on my FH MT are slipping some were it sounds like its coming from the diff but they are fine i had the problem before but when i pulled the diff apart it was were a peice on the diff housing and the gears weren't messed i thing but after i replaced it it started slipping again about the 3 time after i ran it again.
i still have to pull it apart to see whats problem is
but if i can't find any thing what could it be
thanks

check the gear mesh between the ring gear and the layshaft gear. if the motor slips out just a hair, when you throttle it, there will be enough chassis flex to spread them apart allowing them to slip. if the gears are rounded from this, you may want to replace them. becouse they are rounded, they will push themselfs apart all the time

Agree that could be it.
