Gearing Suggestions

I am Currently Running 31/29/25/25 Gearing in my XB. I would love to bump up to try 33/27 as i have sufficent power. I know that MCD sells these gears but they are so Freakin Expensive. I was wondering if I could change my C & D Gears to 26/34 to get the Same Performance as the 33/27 Gearing???? Any Suggestions??? Also would Swapping my C & D gearing to 24/26 equal a 29/31 Gearing?????
 
I would think it would be. It's a 2 tooth difference. I know the exceed line has different C, D gearing options. I had to order a set from them for my MT cause Redcat was out.

Now that you have confirmed this where is the best place to purchase the 33 and 27 gears? The MCD's are expensive!!!

LargescaleRC is about as good a price as your gonna get unless you buy some used.

Try to hold on a little while longer bud. I've reinvented the single speed gear system for the Rampage and MCD. It was what they should've done in the first place instead of the stupid bulky 4 gear setup. I'll annouce it later. After we release the 2 speed we are pushing the new system out the door and it's gonna be cheap. I bet we can price it at the same price it would cost ya to buy 4x MCD gears. What you will get though is new metal gears, alloy plate, clutchbell, and layshaft.
 
Roger That, Kepping me informed. Make you should start to just sell the 27 and 33 gears...
 
I'd get the exceed gears bro, they are $50 for a set of 4, I got my 4 pin tt gears for that price, I was looking for the link but I cant find it, I think rcdad knows of it though, Im pretty sure he led me to where I could get them...
