gears mesh too tight together, making it hard to turn

anybody know how to fix this problem, they were turning nicly before i swapped a new clutch... all i know is the drive gear & the idle gears are too tight together and don't know how to fix it :(

Are you sure it's the gears and not the clutch binding?

Are the two small gears in the right place?
 
i finished putting the bolts in and it came good haha probly was the clutch, next time i will finish what i was doing before i annoy another people thanks phill :)
