I thought you had just bought an on road car VooDoo?

I was thinking about this Genius car, note that it doesn't come with shocks either, the bloke doesn't mention it but I messaged him and he has sold them separately.

I am told by Total Racing that spares are available for the older genius cars, so shouldn't be a problem.

 Maybe you ought to change your name to Magpie!!!

I don't think anybody could go wrong buying this car, at the right money of course.

It's gonna need a good wad spending on it to get it running - I reckon a good £500+ for servos, engine, diff, wheels, shocks, pipe, bodyshell.... Well maybe more like £800!!!!

Race ready cars like this sell for around £1100, so paying any more than £300 is silly IMO. I might have a punt...

I decided against it :)

Parts are very expensive brand new, and scarce second hand.

Instead I will hold out for a more complete car, in fact both Rapid Racing (UK Harm dealer) and Total Racing (UK Genius dealer) have secondhand cars available pretty much all the time.

I will never be buying a new one - around £2000 for a roller!!!!!!

A lot depends on what brand you got for, the FG is around £2000 for a complete car les radio.
