just got my mt v3 from the hobby shop it was the owners running it today it has a cpi pipe and 8k clutch but i think it need a new spark plug it started bogging a lil after awhile of running any thoughts thanks ..... new to this hobby could use the help

You may have to tune the carb a little.. once the motor warms up tune the hsn / high speed needle

You can either vent the cap or the or the tank it self. You can add a third hole in the grommet and run a piece of fuel tube about in inch into it. You can pick up a brass threaded barb at the local HW store and screw the barb into the cap. Then add the fuel line. Here are some examples.
