I had to go to Walla,Walla Washington yesterday. Home depot. Leaving the depot, I drove past Ft. Walla Walla park. Guss what I saw. A perfectly maintained bmx track the sixe of about 2 1/2 football fields!! 4 table tops- woops, this track musta had at least 8 bowels on the corners. But---- the sign said no r-c cars. This could be because a few r-c ers tried running as the bmx ers were on the track at the same time as the cars. had no camera next trip there i will photo- you folks gotta see this track. I will try to meet the dude that runs this track and see what the deal is- Its owned by the city, they have $$ to maintain this to perfection- Its worth a try!!!

Nice find for sure!

It migh be a liability thing if the track is not enclosed.

RCs are also known for making some nice divots when they wreck.

im a keen BMXer just as i am into my r/c's, and i help e few guys maintain some jumps down the road in some woods,

not even i run my car down there and we hush off any other rc'ers and people on mini motos all the time,

as people don't understand how much work it is to keep the jumps maintained and built up to a good jump-able condition, there worn down very easy from bad landing on the bmx's, weathering, vegitation, sweeping leafs and dust away and creatures, bloody MOLES!!! and squirrel poo!!

you don't want ya front wheel going tho squirrel poo, trust me, it like riding on ice, i know from experience:(

and then there's the whole liability insurance side of things

if you was to approach the owner with a spade/shovel in one hand and your car in the other(and some water to set the mud after repairs), and give the impression your going to fix any damage done to the landings and not leave them, for some poor bmxer to have a bad landing on im sure he wouldnt have a problem

but then he might get a whole lot of other Rc'ers giving it the "why cant i use my car??? hes using his!!"

We have a BMX track that has a 10ft fence around it under lock n key only because it sits next to the MX park.I would love to run on it but the bmx races on Saturday nights are worth leaving it alone
