Well i was thinking of spraying truck bed liner in the body of my XT so it won't warp?? Would that be a good idea?? Then while I was at autozone they guy mentioned exhaust wraps on the exhaust! Good idea??

The heat wrap would be better for the warping. Bed liner and mesh tape will make it stronger.

exhaust wrap

i wrapped my pipe with header wrap- added quite a bit of weight- made the engine run hot- started to melt the silicone coupling- this was on a jet-pro rear mount- a tuned pipe bounces exhaust waves back and forth- essentaly a super charger.- ya do not want the reflected waves too hot. On a 4 stroke, it the cats ass-- more heat you retain in a header, the faster the exhaust gasses flow-- up to a point.- too hot, and things fry. the header wrap would work great as others said- just not wrapped on the exhaust on a 2 stroke- high heat silicone sealant would work good to anchor this to side panels- bodies- use wax paper- c-clamps- gallon sized paint stirring sticks- to attatch-- just an idea------trick to a smooth finish on edges of wet silicone is to spit on yer finger- and smooth- every body does this.

I would leave the exhaust alone. Just use the aluminum tape as mentioned. I have 1 gallon of good bashing with this body and xt tuned exhaust. Notch out the tailgate. No warping. This also makes for wiping the inside easier after bashing.
