First of all even though my status is a Team Driver I am not endorsed by rampage hop ups or redcat.

I would like to start with the Negative threads. Come on guys we need ideas and new vendors and manufactures to develop new products.

How we going to get to that leval when we have to many slam this vendor , slam this guy , slam this manufacture , slam this product posted all over Rob's forum

The internet and these forums are powerful tools lets use them as such instead b*tch , wine, and complain boards.

This forum is to help us comunicate each others ideas and share . We can buy and sell on here for free. Advertise at a reasonable price.

Let's work a little harder in 2010 to attaract newcombers and new vendors to this site . Lets show them a little more appreciation for their ideas and products they might be offering.

It is hard for us American labor rates to compete with the China market . Lets not make it harder by posting negative post because a product didn't live up to your expectations when you ramped your Rampage over a car , or stuffed 4-5 horsepower in a Truck that came out with 2.5 from the factory.

Also pay thanks to Rob for providing this forum by buying some more of his rampage parts at www.rapagehopups.com he is the closest you will get to factory support he has a lot of contact and some influence on what gets suggested to Redcat manufacturing facility from the US ditributers.

That is my .02 sorry to ramble on guys.

I agree, this forum has provided much of the information I was looking for and I thank the owner for allowing us the ability to post and share information. It is very helpful to us who are looking for information on what right looks like.

I would really like to purchase the V2 MT and add the 28.5cc upgrade (I don’t know why I want more power), Pipe, Steel Gears, Better Servos (But will run the stock till they break) and get a few spare Diff. Joint Cups (these seem to be smart spare to have). I have been running (repairing for the most part) my MT (smaller than the Rampage) and love to break things, well I don’t like to break anything, but it is fun repairing. I seem to be in a difficult decision, I want one because some do report they are having fun with this truck but reading about what needs to be done before you run makes it harder on my decision.

Finding ear plugs or fuel tube to help keep dog bones centered and leashes, Green and blue thread lock, get another air filter, c clips on the shocks, vent the gear cover or get steel gears or both, kill switch…….maybe even more. This seems like the minimum needed and could need more.

I wish I could see one run, see what the stock setup runs. I would only be running around, no tracks or skateboard parks. Just open field and maybe some small hills to climb.

I have been rc'n for a while and have owned Losi XXXNT, HPI Savage FLM converted, XTM MMT, Mammoth, XST, and my daughter has a Rage. I have seen Kyosho and Mugen perform at local track. They all break from time to time. It's part of the hobby. Build Them, Bash Them, Break Them, and Rebuild! Repeat and enjoy. I own a TT V1 and wouldn't trade it for any other model out there. It's no different from having a 4X4 Ford, Dodge, or Chevy. Put $$$ and build it and go muddin' and something will break. Keep it in a safe zone and it'll survive.
