Ever since out of the box , I've had a leak at the carberator gasket on my vekta 5 , has anybody tried a double gasket there , or a tiny film of sealant on the gasket ? Any other ideas ?
I think a gasket seelant might work, but gaskets are so damn cheap, when not just buy a bunch of em? And seelant it for the time being.

If it is the stock phenolic iso block? It is probably warped. Happens to them even on brand new never ran engines. You can take it off and inspect it on something flat. If warped you can sand it on something flat to fix it but is a good idea to get either an aluminum one or a few spares of the phenolic ones.
