Well not really trouble, but was running the xt in a abandoned industrial building. Someone called the cops, they showed up (did not even hear them pull up). They told me that my toy was to loud. Being good friends with a cop in town helps though, he showed up on seen a few minutes later got out of his car and said: This really is not a legal place to run this you know. He looks at the truck and says: but what would be more of a crime is to dump the rest of the gas out. So needless to say the 2 cops ran the tank dry for me. All I could do is laugh.....
 
Come on that would be evidence, especially since my wife still thinks I am working. Hahahahaha. Stopped for a little fun on the way home.
 
What a great story!!Who knows, perhaps they would like getting into 5th scale. Be a good outlet- you gotta try and clear everything from your mind when you are running r-c. I cannot even think of a more stressful job than being a officer- just look at the daily news---

Had a similar thing happen but with an rc plane back during hurricane IKE. Was out past mandatory curfew, and a national guard truck happened to drive by and see me flying an rc plane. They told me that i couldnt be out then a guy got out of the truck and we started to talk and he just so happened to he a hobbyist to so i let him fly my plane. Pretty cool.
