got my servos back from hi tec

What does that even mean?


and I assume they fixed em. I got the same servos I sent out back to me... Just haven't had a chance to test em to make sure they were repaired yet, I bought others to replace these then sent em out to get fixed with the intentions to use them on my other rig...
 
Do you have end point adjustments on your radio? The servos may have been overdriven causing the amplifier to burn up.
 
Also check the failsafe setting on the receiver. If I turned my transmitter off before the receiver, the servo would crank 180 deg.
 
they were both destroyed when I got the mt pro, so I don't know what happened with them, I just bought two new ones then used my receipt from the new ones to get the other two repaired...

Hey guys,

I have an XT truck. I have a couple of questions reguarding the steering. If I change the steering servo, will it turn better when i am driving a full speed? I real question is: What is the difference the after market servos do for you?

Which one is the best one to buy also?

Servos come in different sizes and prices. Yes the nicer servos are stronger so you can get better steering response. Most people upgrad the servos because the stockers are short lived. The HighTec 5755 is what I run. Ive had no problems with it.

My throttle servo burned up on me...it just died and never worked again...i just ordered both servos used on the Hpi baja..they seem preety strong and durable waterproof aswell..
