Grooving Tires

Other than using a disc grinder, what could I use to groove my 1/5 scale tires?

Motown will put some groove in your tires.

Look up knobby knife and hot knife on Amazon to see if those will accommodate your needs.

they make tire grooving tools to do this. Do not know price range. May want to look at those and see of they will go small enough in width for you. Not hard to use. Might be able to make one out of a high wattage soldering or wood burning tool also.
