Leave it on a shelf like Trebor (!!!!!) and nothing goes wrong.
Generally I would run it for a few months and see how it goes.
These things are quite solid and a lot of 'what went wrong' was because of the driver!!
You will need new bolts and nuts after you open and close several times - get worn.
You will need threadlock, but read previous posts on this - DO NOT use permanent unless you REALLY need it.
Gears will wear - much depends on how the motor is mounted, how well the gears are aligned.
Main consumable for LargeScale ...... petrol and 2-stroke oil!! LOL!!
