now, alfred has been accused - joking - of notplaying with a full deck- whatever. - ever herd of haarp? they are all over the world. the big one is in Ginkoba ,Alaska.- here is a site that monitors iits emmisions- haarp heats the ionosphere- www.haarpstatus.com. With a reciever you can listen to it.

i honestly do not know. haarp directs billons of watts of r-f into the ionasphere. heats it. Weather modafaction is not new. where i used to live- the cherry growers built Aceteline cannons in the 1930-s. a large vertical expansion chamber - 15-30+feet long- during the threat of thunder storms- hail, they would-and still do-- load the cannon up with aceteline gas- and ignite it- the shock wave directed upwards would not stop a thunder storm- just prevent a hail storm- it would just rain.- automatic versons of this are used in the south east- where honda-bmw stores cars out side after being built. keep a close eye on the weather headed up the east coast - agan, i have no idea at all if storms can be steered by these heaters. the Russians have them also-- big time huge antenna arrays- Weather wars? the mind reels.

just returned from the above mentioned site. alls i gotta say to the n.e. is batten down the hatches. best of luck to you all over there.
