This part is 5083 grade. The best , to me , between strength and anodization
quality.

7075, is extremily strength but not good for anodising,

6082, is the best far, for anodization quality but not enought strength.



This part will be anodizing , in time.

My mill is a simple, old fasion, chinise machine.

Drawings ? hahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lol::lol::lol:

My 'drawings' is some daub lines on milimetre paper.

Ha! I misunderstood. I thought you made your own CNC. They definitely look like they came off of a CNC.

Awesome skills to make those parts manually.

Amazing how you go from a rough-cut triangular piece of aluminium with holes in it to a beautifully finished and chamfered, alloy arm - beautiful work mate!!
