Haha! Thanks guys!

My 32nd birthday is bringing all kinds of heavy realizations and changes. Im a smoker, I'm overweight, I don't eat right (obviously :D ), I get very little exercise, and I drink entirely too much beer/Mountain Dew.

That ended yesterday, I opened my last non-diet Mountain Dew and my last pack of smokes this morning. I started P90x this morning and am eating as heart healthy as I can from here on out.

Wish me luck, I know I am going to need it!

32 Huh? Well in that case I owe you 32 birthday punches....lol

Glad to hear your making a change for the better health wise. And even though I never took up smoking, Mountain Dew is an addiction of mine too. Its like crack to me and will be a hard one for me to break.... ....Good luck with your resolutions Obeast, I have faith in ya bro!

Happy Birthday,Bro. You can accomplish anything you want to as long as you set your mind on it.I will be 42 next month and I bike 3 times a week and do 40 Perfect Pushups every other morning and it's keeping me in shape. So just set your goal and go for it.
