the stock tires on mine were crap like that too. just upgrade to some prolines or hostiles you will be happy once you do

They look ok but might suffer from clogging???

my t1000 came with knobby tires, so far the sidewalls are in great shape the tread area is great too, only wear is the knobbies themselves mainly due to hard road running, making those turns and such, just wearing them down, still got plenty of life left in them tho. don't know what brand they are right offhand, but apparently i got some decent tires on mine.
