I rolled my baja 5b today on asphalt and now it seems like its flooded and won't stay running the prime bubble is filled with gas and its a brand new engine and carb never been primed. it will start but shuts down when I give it gas or it will stay running for a few minutes then give out even backfired a time or two.

Before pulling it apart, try checking out the lines - any kinks anywhere?

These things roll all of the time, nothing new there.

Thanks! yeah there was a kink in the line. fixed it but still alot of fuel in the bubble any suggestion on how to fix this. very worried i'm going to flood this engine and suffer deja vu.

'Technical options' could be messy and dangerous, if you're not careful - spilling petrol / 'gas' is no joke, particularly if there are smokers around!!
I would say try running it for a few minutes and it should sort itself out, but it's never happened to me before, so not sure.
