was running my MT today an i had a run away thanks to the kill switch i was able to shut it down but it seems to be the throttle servo it was stuck at wot did the servo take a crap? it has all stock servos..

Sounds like it's time to replace, mines did the same thing. Well it just died while I was running not exactly a run away.
