that set-up will bolt right on. and no, you don't "need" to change the carb. thou upgrading the carb will give good results, i always like to do one at a time so i can see the true performance upgrade of each part. a "piped" 26 is a nice mill, and a 28.5 is one step up.. but i would really opt for a race ported 28.5. they are right around the same price and you'll get better resoults fo sho.. check this one out
