No it won't!
I don't see why not. I would think the biggest issue is making sure its the same amount of bolts as the old head. I believe I read somewhere that here were some variations in wrist pin, bearing and washer sizes. might want to check that with DDM or Oneill bros.

That's what thay said so I think I am going with a 9.4hp full mod with boost bottle and 8000 cluch spring and a ice reed
