I guess i could have started this thread in the introduction section.Since it's mostly about bikes,I thought this section would be better.


New to this forum but i've been in rc for years.I got out of it for a little while but slowley coming back.I've been building my own custom bikes for years or either converting the electric bikes to nitro.I've built almost 10 a more custom bikes mostly with just simple hand tools.I always tried to make them look scale as possible.Even did a couple of hang on riders that leaned off the bike when it took the turns.On a nitro bike none the less,not very easy to do.I even built some bikes with 2spd tranny's in them and motors ranging from .12 all the way up a .28.
The lastest bike i'm building is so far the best becaus it's rock solid and perform very well.Anyway heres some pics of just some of the bikes i've built.Oh plus you'll see a couple of swingarms that i've built from scratch also.

welcome over here. I've watched many of your projects on rc groups. I still go there lots but don't post much, just read.

Iv'e been running both bikes now for a while and enjoying every minute. The newest of my builds seem to work waaayyy better than i expected.It's very stable nimble and fast through the tightest of turns.
So far this is how the bikes is to date. The last pics with the redbull scheme is what it use to look like before i repainted it.

I started making some new uds's.The first set i made still works very good.I just figured i'd try and do better on this set. I only did 1 leg so far though.:lol:

Nice forks... what is that rider on the bike?

Thanks.. That's a rider that a made.I use to use the rider as a hang on rider.But i took out the servo that i had inside.So now it's just a static rider.

Here's short vid of my current bike running. Sad to say it handle better and it's faster than my 1/5th car on this same course.
Forgive my camera skills, i had to try to keep the bike in the frame and drive it too.
The bike still has more speed to her i just didn't feel like hitting a curb today.LOL
