help engine

I need help new engine wont make power any more. used to, question what are the stock 30cc engine needle settings high & low and idle screw, thanks in advance.

H - 1 1/2 turns out.

L - 1 1/4 turns out.

For the idle screw, back it out and turn it in until it engages the throttle shaft, and give it another half turn from there.
