Help Motor Died!

has anyone ever had a brand new fg motor just die after 20 minutes.my brand new fg did that today.the motor has no compression at all.wont start.oil gas mixture was correct.i was running slow as a break in.and it just stalled and wont start.have to send back to ddm.i hope they send me a new one and not try and stick me with a blown motor..please help with input

What motor was it? If it was a Zen, that is strange. Either way DDM will fix you up with a new one.
Is there any sign of oil around the bottom of the head where it meets the lower end?
What tells you there is no compression, Loose pull?
