hi, do you know the front frame measurements..need to check to see if its bent. i got 1.77 inches at the very front down to a flat straight surface.i might have an angle gauge that i could use.

all was well Sat. for about half hour till i lost all control of the truck...it was like the truck lost power and keep it at or close to full throttle...after the crash, still no response from truck checked charge port and got 6.88v..then started working when i got it home.

it hit so hard that it bent/broke bumper, bulkhead,87484 orange top plate-made it into a pretzel.:censored:

sounds like a classic glitch. what radio system you have?

as Frumpy noted, a kill switch is very much a great item to have, just for this reason. i use mine for tuneing as well (shutting down motor at desired rpm to do a plug color check).

but i want to say the chassis tongue is measured at 11* rise, if im not mistaken.

also check for tongue twist, as that can happen.
things that can help, besides the kill switch,

a Scorpion Unlimited bottom Kick Plate/Brace
and a TurtleRacing top front plate.
these items help to strengthen up the front chassis area, and help to keep the chassis from bending/breaking and/or twisting. it can still happen, but its pretty much a wall at 50 to do it.
