So I decided to test the Killer Bee V2 kill switch I just installed on my MT. While my truck was idling, I turned off the receiver...and it went full throttle into my garage. The truck luckily did not travel too far, and I was able to hit the off switch on the motor to stop the motor. Before this happened, I tested the Killer Bee with the truck motor off, killed the transmitter power, and the Killer Bee LED started blinking. I have the throttle and brake linkages reversed to clear my HPI filter, and I do not have the fail safe hooked up. I checked the installation, and everything looks good to me...the kill switch is connected to the steering servo via a y-splitter. Any ideas? Do I need to rebind the radio gear? I thought the kill switch was supposed to kill the motor...? THX

Always test the fail safe or kill switch on a cinder block or have the wheels off the ground. Next time at least.

You need to re-bind the radio gear to teach the radio what the fail safe positions are.

Ok, one more question. I did not get a bind cable with my truck. The only wire that came with it was the fail safe. Can that be used for the receiver/transmitter rebind?

Redcat rampage issues

I just bought a Redcat rampage and wen I go to drive with it wen it gets about 20 ft away and loses connection and stops what can I do to boost the signal on my remote?
