so i got this truck off my mate last night went to try and start it today and it wont start it hasnt got a exhasut but ive been told it will run with out a exhaust, is this right?
im running 25:1 fuel mixture?
does anyone know what the problem could be?

The engine will run but don't try it. It will blow crap all over the place and you could get some debris in that will cause untold damage.
 
ive been told i can run it without the exhaust for a short time
i just want to test it to see if it runs
i have taken the air filter of and seen that thres not petrol flowing through the carb to the engine
what could it be caused by>?
 
is there fuel in the bubble on top of the carb, reset the high and low screws on the side of the carb, the high one thats on the left is one and half turns out from fully closed, and the low one and a quarter from fully closed.
 
it could be flooded take the plug out dry it if its wet, then turn the buggy upside down put a rag were the plug go,s and give it a good few yanks on the pull start to clear the motor, if the plug is dry and its not getting fuel put a little bit down the hole were the plug go,s and try it, if that don,t work give it back to yea mate,lol
 
i have a smartech buggy, 23cc. look to bore up, find better shocks, just do a hop up of the whole buggy. so please someone give me some help
 
i have a standard square black exhaust as i just got a tuned pipe, you can have that if you need it, just pm me your address. you should have waitd abit before buying an engine as it could have been your carb that was faulty!!!did you check the spark plug??? your high/low carb needles etc.
