Help verify my thought process please

on my third tank with my XB. Seems to be breaking in. When I am at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle it accelerates well and picks up speed but when I push it to full throttle it just stays the same or slows down a bit. Too rich ? It seems to run better and peppier at 1/2 and 3/4 throttle than at full....thanks for any input...


P.s. Unit does not seem to smoke much out of the exhaust now like it used too but am running same 20:1 Mixture

Sounds a bit rich

How far out is the high needle (should be 1.5 turns)

Also a bit much oil in the mix (should be 25:1)
 
humidity can steal top end and can force a rich setting. it may snap up quick at lean setting and seem decent but too long at that setting is not so good . if its cool and dry(or at elevation) try to favor a fraction fatter setting.

servo action and carb throttle arm need to be tediously in coincidence...servo action may push into stop at 3/4?? check EPA and throw action

definitely 25:1 if already got some time on it

stock pipe/carb also has limits as well
