Help with random part i.d.

I have both my Baja buggy 5b and Dbxl 2.0 gas torn apart and found these. They may not even be related, and I don't remember taking them off of anything. I don't see them on the schematics of either.

Does that go on top of your shock body to wipe the shock shaft?

Just guessing??
