ok guys how do u know if your carb is thrashed. MT wont start plug is fine got spark not flooded fuel is good here are some pics if the head and piston let me know what u think.

oh also I'm going to need a new head gasket is their a better one than the stock one thanks

this motor is about two months old. Is this normal wear and tear? ok so im thinking i have a bad carb pulled the carb out still connected with the fuel lines and when i prime it i don't see fuel coming out from the carb is that right or wrong?

Check the screws that hold the primer bulb in place. They loosen up sometimes. Check the primer bulb itself for cracks or tears.

Also, your intake gaskets look pretty beat. You could have an air leak in that area.

990 was sold out so got the 813 carb hope this solves my problem couldnt find any other probable cause wish me luck.........

ok i give up with this motor got new carb still not firing up so i just went ahead and got Ron E two motors for sale hope that works lol

Get a new gasket set from DDM, the gaskets are way better then the stock ones. I agree that they look trashed and should be replaced.

I am on my 4th 813 so far this one is working very well for the past 8 or 9 bashes. I think jumping might have something to do with them going bad cuz I don't jump as much as I used to. And it is still working as like new.

ok so i just ran the 28.5cc motor that i got from ron and let me say this ---> :)

much better have to say thanks to Ron E for the motors.
