my alloy front hubs, i had the DS extenders all way round on, but found i couldnt control it much, was all over place, so i put stock wheel hubs back on front, and now have my control back, fronts with DSE's on were waay wider and caused steering to be extremely touchy. so its running these alloy hubs with stock wheel hubs on it now. forgot to take full shot of it, but 2nd pics ahows edge of the team chase front mud guard panel installed too.

well thats a few things i upgraded on it, was sittin in pieces for 3 weeks till everything came in to swap out. got the 2 speed dialed in again i think, was kickin in a lil too soon, i had changed the setting on it before i realized i could get it out on disassembly , so i had to readjust shift up point.

just replaced the Vstack that come with max flow kit from Tulare, the bore wasnt large enough for the butterfly, so he sent me free of charge a deeper larger bore Vstack, its installed, and boot replaced froma incident last run, the tab on gears backplate that hangs out over the axle caught the boot, and tore the nipple end right off it.

all back together and ready for a test run.

if you do go ahead and get Eddy's one piece ball and cones, i did, theyre a lil stiff when installed, but Eddy said theyll loosen up, and so far running hasnt caused a prob.

will have to get a pic again on the Vstack, its looks to me lil longer deeper than the silver one the kit come with. should work even better. i told Tulare i didnt care on the color, its purple, im just kickin it with mine, no show or comps or anything of the sort. just fun run times.

also the prefilter outerwears i have is for stock filter, so i took off the redneck, the filter sleeve fit over uni shorty with alil extra in front, i tied it off, then slipped the redneck back over it again. i know thats not the absolute right way, but with what i have there now, it will work. least it will help keep dust and dirt from gettin thru.

i plan on prolly grabbin a Bur QR setup, and a second stock filter assembly, and spare Blur adaptor. so i can do fast swaps if i need to. and a alloy isolator block. just hoping the teflon gaskets don't push the lentgh too far forward to screw with where the fuel lines come out of tank. might be a clearance issue there if it does.

seen pics of assembled isolator with T gaskets and a stock filter, it sure looks like it is further out to me in the pics.

okay heres some pics of the fix i did when i run the truck last week and right rear kept locking the suspension down, and i popped it up and run it more, and it did this 3 times, upon inspection discovered the tab, that holds the rear of the gear cover on had hit the hostile boot and ripped off the nipple end on boot.

i took off the mount tab, used a bolt with a concave washer and locknut, to bolt the front back down instead of using the pins. i also ground off the plastic tab on rear of cover. replaced the boot with new hostile boot.

reason it did this is the DS meaty bones and hostile boots are all bigger around than stock, so the clearance that tab had before was gone, it hit.

heres the fix pics:

Nice list. I was about to ask you where the killswitch was until I saw it at the very bottom :)

Just put the DDM HD springs on my ride last week and it made a very noticeable handling improvement over the stock springs. The inclined shreadstack is really nice too, makes servicing the filter much less of a pain.

Ditch that dinky little bottle of air filter oil and get

af155 - PJ1 Air Filter Cleaner 15oz (443mL)
af152 - PJ1 Foam Filter Oil 13oz (384mL)

makes servicing the filter a breeze.

done switched to those 2 items updated cart list ABOVE. and thats good news to hear on the DDM springs thats what i was hoping for, since mine sits a lil low right now i need that extra adjustment using the preload shoch perches, and the stiffer springs to get the ride height back where it should be at.

well money arrived soi paid for the list of goodies from DDM listed above, saved a lil with a special discount code i know of. saved 55 bucks on order.

all the DDM goodies arrived but the hostile hub end links, outta stock, they will send them when they get them.

put springs on one side of truck, started setting up radio system as much as i can until the gear grease arrives for WP'ing.

yah i think havin it all orange and add the decals will look lots better than the one i seen in a video, he painted parts black and took away from the theme of it being the G. Lee.
