Evening all, having a cheap weekend away at butlins in Skegness, whilst packing the car Friday I chucked the marder in the boot with the bags, kids and mrs have been having a nap in room so I decided to get myself down the sea front for a quick bash in the sand a bit breezy but still a good bit of fun!
Anyone else manage to get there RCs in the boot when the wife it looking? Lol

Me and my mate sneaked ours in when we went away for a long weekend to N Wales. Easy enough in our Zafira but he struggled in his Subaru!! Should have seen the wives & kids faces when we got them out at the other end!! On the way down my missus kept saying she could smell petrol but I blamed the car!!

It was good on the beach but the sand gets everywhere and the salt tries to eat everything it touches! Make sure you give it a good clean down & spray everything with grease or WD.

not wrong al roof only gets used for about 3-4 weeks of the year,, although if its dry I do get it down even if its freezing got a great little heater the golf has

the bugs a tight fit for sure the on road don't fit in the boot that has go on the rear seat and by the time ive got petrol tools spare wheels ect loaded up its crammed lol but you cant beat a mk1 golf and in the 3-4 weeks of uk summer it don't get better
