Well my parts arrived but it appears I may have a fitment issue, the 5755 for steering doesn't even come close to matching up with the plastic bracket and clamps. I know that I can order a bracket that will bolt right up and accept that servo but before I head down the path of either making my own or ordering I thought I would check since I know a few of you have done this.

my savox was to big also, trimmed the bolt nubs off and drilled new holes, but i had an extra step since the savox is not only bigger its longer had to slice the bracket from the main servo mount and trim some material from the outside area to fit it.
 
Thanks, got nervous cause I wanna run it this weekend and after I start trimming there is no going back:) plus it looks like after you drill the holes there isn't much material left but I guess that is why there are the clamps:)
 
syphon make sure the servo fits the bracket while its mounted on the radio box as the servo may be pushing the bracket open some. and you may need to remove some material to get everything to work right
 
when i swapped mine out i got the PA racing metal bracket from DDM as well, had to install it opposite direction from what was shown tho to make 5575 shaft line up to really close to original position of old servo, and you need it to be close as you can to old spot or travel throws get kinda whacky, i also got a 4pks radio and was able to turn down the sweep on each side to get correct throw speed, and rate, and travel equal on each side. the first 5755 servo i had in there i didnt adjust the travel for each side it was at 100% and soon as it went to one side all the way it burned up the servo immediately, had to send it to hitech for a replacement, which they gave me.
