Hitec Servo question

I installed a pair of Hitec 5765 servos today and have a question. While the power is on I hear a faint whine from the servos. Is that normal?

It they are not set just right they will fight each other. You should be able to quiet them by adjusting the servo linkages.

I just installed a new Spetrum receiver in a different car and it's making the servos whine a bit, put a different receiver in and it quit.

So should they be dead quite? or will they make a little hum?

I find digital servos always whine a bit.

Thanks everyone, I've never set up a new pair of servos and I don't want to smoke these.
