Made these OuterWears with stuff around the house.

The Air Filter and Pull Start cover ones are made from an old pair of the wife's stockings and the shock ones are made from an old pair of surf shorts which I stripped and stiched into tubes.

I am running unleaded mixed with Stihl 2 stroke oil which is red.It works really well, The Germans makes some good stuff.

Do you think old tent material would work for outerwears? Or would it not breathe enough?

That's the perfect material but It's woven a little too tightly so it would not allow enough air to pass through, if any at all.
