Nice work!

I considered making one out of an Aluminum gun case. Was thinking the alum could do some protection in storage in case of fire. Nice idea on the FG for base.

it looks good but i don't consider it home made its just a regular charger you can buy put in a case with 4x cooling fans maybe change the title to modified case charger or something..... but good job anyway:)
 
Cutting the ply, applying the CF, making a frame for the case, installing and wire the power supply, banana plugs, switch, power inlet, fans, making a holder for the charger and so on.. I would call it home made! I didn't say homemade charger, the key word here would be STATION!
