Just a suggestion to all, I had a bad order from homeplayentertainment.com for rampage parts. I ordered steering part and bearings... after 4 days, they emailed me, and let me know the steering part was on backorder. They asked if they can refund just the part and ship the bearings, I said yes please. The pretty much said nevermind, we're going to refund everything. So I guess I'm out the bearings I wanted. Poor poor poor customer service.....

but...

I told them I still wanted the bearings.... and they replied, no, we're refunding all of it... just because I asked them why it took 4 days for them to realize they didnt have the part instock. Rampagehopups hooked me up though... :) Weeee! be back in business in no time! I miss the noise....

tried googling the part number... rampagehopups didnt even show in the top 20.... luckily I was desperate and kept clicking.... and found RampageHopUps.... and ordered.... perhaps google adwords might help ya out? :)

Hello all, we were told of words and had to look, pretty harsh. We tried to contact you 51 minutes and 17 seconds after the purchase on June 12th. We tried again the 7:00pm the 13th. Finally the 14th we said if we don't here from you we must refund in full. We apologize for running out of stock we usually try to keep a better eye on things but stuff happens.

It'll go tomorrow and I should be able to ship that to you cheaper, I haven't checked and not promising but if so, I'll refund some.

bobvic1217... Do you just need the bushings or the steering components...If it's just the bushings, you can do what I did and make your own..Go to a hardware store (or home depot)... in the plumbing section, find the brass inserts or sleeves that are 3/8" OD.. Cut them down to size, and flatten out the head.. (plus a couple of pieces of aluminum tape) and there you go..As a side note.. One bad experience from any dealer should not warrant a complaint... Just saying...I purchased my XB-E from homeplayentertainment.com as well as purchase other parts from him.. no problems... you must have caught him on a bad day... If you need more help on how to make the bushings... just ask... :D
