Ok this is why I bought the 4 channel spektrum. You can honk a horn in your redcat or tun on lights. You will need a battle ship relay sold by dimension engineering in ohio and a y harness.I used 8 aa rechargeable batts cuz that what I had laying around, its better to use a 11.1 lipo.I can tell you how to wire it via pm if you would like. Enjoy and have fun. http://s306.photobucket.com/user/n9wd/media/001-4.mp4.html

pretty cool. can you actually hear the horn over the sound of your engine though? maybe replace that buzzer with the ones that come in those personal panic alarms? those things are tiny in size but loud as hell.

I went to orielys auto parts and bought a wolo 12v cheap horn. The key is the battle ship relay and a yharness that plugs into aux 2(the 4th channel). On the relay one terminal is marked nc no connection. the other terminals are marked s1,s2,s3.s1 gets two red wires, one goes to the horn the other goes to you red wire on your lipo.s2 gets a white wire that goes to your horn.s3 gets a blak wire that goes to the black wire on your lipo. You need the 4th channel and the battle ship relay plugs into your reciever in aux2 with the y harness. You must configure your switch to a mt(momentary). You should run a in line fuse on the red wire from your lipo for safety. You can wire two horns to be louder.Let me know if you find a louder horn.Be advised these things draw a lot of amps. The lipo should be 11.2v 3s atleast 20c.Have fun.You need two batterys one for your reciever the other for your horn.
