When I first start out I have brakes. But the faster I run I have nothing, and since I change the gears and made it faster I have no brakes on the top side whatsoever, but if I slow down a lot the brakes will lock up. What can that be? Thanks,
 
Could be many things affecting the brake performance:

Chech your EPA on your remote
To weak throttle / brake servo
Plastic servo plate that flex during braking (alu plates are much better)
Move the brake collar a few mm towards the front on the throttle/brake linkage

If you had brakes at first but now they are not so good I would say it needs adjusting to take up the wear on the pads. More go = more slow :p
 
standard FG brakes are pants. almost everyone does things to beef them up, like alloy servo plate, upgraded rear brake, front cable brakes, stronger servo (people use up to 20kgcm on the T/B) etc. But aside from buying things, have a go at the list below:


Make sure that with the throettle on neutral the slack is taken up in the brakes, but they are not binding.

Move the pivot for the brake pull rod closer to the servo centre (better mechanical advantage)

Extend the pivot on the brake itself as far as possible (better mechanical advantage)
