How can I be sure what version I have? V2 or V3 what are the distinguishing features?

So I bought a used Rampage MT yesterday. How can I be sure what version I have? V2 or V3 what are the distinguishing features?

The V3 has steel transmission gears that use one nut in the center to hold them on the mounting square and shaft. Older versions used four pins on the gears. If you take the cover off the side you can see what I mean.
