How do i take the 2 speed apart on my baja 5 b

Hello I have just purchased a used hpi baja 5 b and the 2 speed wont engage it's spinning but Car barely moves could it be the one way bearing also I don't Know how to take it apart can anyone help me please thank you .......
 
its the bearing, you have to remove quite a bit parts before it will come out, been a while since i messed with a 2 speed ,
someone will come on and get you a run down how its done
 
Yes its the one way bearing you have to first remove the gear cover then remove the 2 screws in the middle of both set of gears take the gears off then come the tricky part all the gears will come off easily except for the gear you really need which will be the largest gear the one with the one way bearing in it. You have to line up the one way bearings notch up with the 2 pins that are on the shaft then take the gear off. It is a little tricky but if you stay with it it will eventually come off.
 
Yah thats the one thank you ima work on it today after work I ordered the baring I noticed the one notch on the bearing hopefully it works there's only 1 bearing on ebay it will take a month to come so I ordered it the shaft looks to only lock on one side I hope should b here wensday do u know we're I can find a bearing if it doesn't work
 
I am not sure if the pin will come through with just one notch. There is a pin in the shaft that goes through the shft and you have the 2 notchs for the pin to go through now seems to me with one notch the pin will no go through.
