How do I take two speed on baja 5

Hello I have just purchased a used hpi baja 5 b and the 2 speed wont engage it's spinning but Car barely moves could it be the one way bearing also I don't Know how to take it apart can anyone help me please thank you .......

Don't know which 2 speed it has but you tube has a ton of vids on the 2 speeds. Could also be a broken clutch spring or a fried clutch shoes.

It’s probably the one way bearing.i had the same problem many times.i just sold it and kept it simple with single spur gear.never had good luck with the two speed.didn’t really notice the difference.food for thought..
