How to change a spring?

Ok guys got the 8000springs fo my TT.


How do I put them in?

Take off the clutch shoes un snap the 2 clutch shoes half remove the old spring put the 2 halfs together with the new spring uneven with the top end of the clutch shoe higher then the other halve take some channel locks and squeeze the 2 halfs together until you here them click into a complete circle.

Twist the shoes apart and remove the stock spring, put the new spring on and twist the shoes back into place. That's how I do it.

I do it similar to rcgasser, but I use a vise. Just clicked together.
