Another nice one Trip. Now i say:

Shielded metal plug cap for the win !!! *cheers*
:)

Have you milled(or whatever its called) down the chassi where the screws for the engine mount are placed yourself?

Thanks.

Nope, no machining done by me, it's a HobbyPro clone chassis... There are a few neat little things like that on this buggy. The gear cover on the bottom of the chassis is alloy and the layshaft gear plate (triangle thing holding the large motor mount to the rear bulkheads) that's made of steel and it's 8mm thick! The side body mounts are alloy as well.

I agree what you are saying about the shielded cap, but if the silicone cap inside ever ripped, the spark would ground itself to the head and provide very little [spark] to the plug. Plus I don't like the way they look. I have an MSD on my MT, that won't tear!

I run it all the time, but when I run it in the snow it takes longer to clean it up and remove all the snow than it did to run it.

It kinda sux to run for a half hour (it's-15c) so I get cold, then going in the garage, pump up the compressor and heat everything up with the heat gun and all that. It usually takes at least 20 min to get it "Perfectly" dry.
