Hi guys :)

Just got this off eBay and I've gone to order the clutch bell and gears for it ( I laready have an engine ) but the clutch bell's I have seen say they're for V3 only?

What version of this chassis do I have?

5uppno.webp

20rlgrl.webp

2ue2m4n.webp

Can't wait to get it ripping around.

Take the gear cover off. Is the gears plastic??? I believe that the only change in the gears from V1 to now is that the gears are now metal.

It has no gears as the original owner took them off and lost them.

I assume the steel Rampage MT gears will be a straight fit?

It also needs a clutch bell which I'm not sure which one.

Apart from that it should be good to go.

Also can it be converted to dual steering servo's?

The plan is to also convert it to the full blown MT

A part from the wheels and bumpers is there much needed to make the conversion?

Yes those gears and clutch bell should be fine. You would want to get rid of that plastic gear plate they get too hot to quick and melts on the bearings. That was another change to the V2 version. I would leave it at the single servo set up its much better then to have the chance of 2 servos fighting against each other.

So if I get one monster steering then as opposed to a pair of decent pair of servo's?

Is there a difference in the gears and clutch bell between the versions?

Yes the difference in the gaers is v1 v2 are pin drive the v3 are square drive and if you change to the metal gear plate the bearings are bigger.
