thats ok rob but for me was important to install them as they are.baja shock bodies are harder so the oil stays clean and they are also longer so the shock works better.

Could use 5b front shocks too. Seeing your duct tape gave me an idea. I have seen duct tape in different colors and patterns. I bet that something cool could be done with that.

hard time makes clever people,;)in my case tape is a real "saver" because the rampage body isnt exactly tough:).its broken about 7 pieces and the tape works great to fix it.new body was about 110$ for me so i keep it safe till summer.

you have not seen my first mt body i use for bashing the whole front is stitched with wire ties, works pretty good, lol. i understandthe hard anodized thing on the baja shock bodies, thats why i am having that done to them when i all my aluminum colors i'll make sure to post pics when all is done

How did you mount them at the top? Looks like you drove out the ball up top and put the bushing straight through the hole...is that right?

I'm about to put vvc/hd shocks on my MT. The bottom is no prob, put hemi-risers on and the stock screws fit just fine, but wasn't sure what to do to the top mounts...

Thanks!
