how to post pics

Can someone tell me how to add photo's in a thread, I have some photo's of my MT I would like to show, but I have NO idea how to get them on here. I have some pics on photbucket and on my puter but like I said I don't know how to size them or how to transfer them to here. Do I do all that from here or at photobucket or from some magical pic place AAAAAAAHHHHHHELP


PS: I am very very very computer stupid so be very very very specific on how to do this.

yes I kinda muttled my way through it, the pics are a little big but they made it on there
